How do I contact customer service?
You can connect with customer service through the ‘Help Section’ and selecting ‘Chat with us.’ Or you can send us an email at help@bayfikr.net.
Why choose Bayfikr?
Bayfikr is by migrants for migrants. Bayfikr empowers migrants to make easy, convenient, instant and cost-effective bill & business payments back home directly from their foreign accounts.

Now migrants don’t need to send money to their bank accounts or their families. They use Bayfikr and be Bayfikr.
How do I see my bill?
1. Login.
2. Select a biller (electricity, gas, internet etc.)
3. Enter your unique consumer number/ID. Press the ‘Check Your Bill’ button.
4. You will see your bill, due date, amount Rupees, amount in GBP, the exchange rate, our fee, and total amount.
How do I pay?
1. Press the ‘Pay Now’ button.
2. If you have already attached a bank, select it. Otherwise, we will ask you to attach your bank. See ‘How to attach your bank’ question on how to attach a bank.
3. You will be redirected to your banking app, or website if you don’t have a banking app.
4. You will see your total amount. Confirm the payment.
5. Your bill is paid! We will redirect you to the Bayfikr app.
6. We will send you a confirmation of the payment. You can now be Bayfikr!
How to attach your bank?
1. Go to ‘Settings.’
2. Select ‘Payment Method.’ Click on the + sign.
3. Choose a payment name. Press ‘Add Bank.’
3. Choose your bank from the list.
4. You will be redirected to your banking app, or website if you don’t have a banking app.
5. Confirm the account you want to use for payments.
6. Done!
Is it safe to pay?
We do not save your bank or payment details. We redirect you to your bank securely, through our Open Banking partners who are PCI DSS compliant, and you make the payment from your account.
Where is Bayfikr registered?
Bayfikr is the trading name of Istimar Ltd which is registered at Companies House in England and Wales with number 12522212.

We are also registered with the HMRC under the Anti-Money Laundering Scheme as a Bill Payment Service Provider with number XKML00000150807.

Bayfikr is the trading name of ISTIMAR TECH LTD which is also registered in Canada with incorporation number: BC1375364.
Which billers can I pay?
With Bayfikr you can pay electricity, gas, mobile phone, internet, telephone, education and many other bills back home directly from your foreign bank accounts. In the future, we will help you pay hospitals, government institutions and other businesses as well.
How do I save a biller?
After you have paid a bill, you get the option to save a bill and assign a name to it for easier and quicker payment in the future.
Do I need to get verified?
Yes. Bayfikr operates under strict AML & CTF policies. We are required by our regulators to verify our users.
What if my ID documents are expired?
We ask you to have a valid ID document to get verified successfully. This could be a driver’s license, a national ID card, a residence card or a passport.

We will not accept expired documents.
I can't find the biller I am looking for.
To find the biller you want to pay, first choose the type of biller (electricity, gas, mobile phone etc.) from the home screen. Then select the company whose bill you want to pay (PESCO, Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Ltd., Telenor etc.). With Bayfikr you can pay electricity, gas, mobile phone, internet, telephone, education and many other bills back home.

We are working to include every biller back home so migrants can be Bayfikr about payments back home. If you still cannot find your biller and would like us to add it, please send us an email at help@bayfikr.net and add ‘Please add a new biller’ as the subject. Or reach out to us on our social media pages. We will strive to add the particular biller.
When will additional billers be added?

Where can I see the exchange rate being applied on my bill?
We will show you the exchange rate at the time you check your bill amount.

Bayfikr is completely transparent in its pricing and aims to give its users the best possible exchange rates so that they can make their payments with ease and be Bayfikr.
Do I need to type in my bill ID every time?
No! You can save your bill so next time we will automatically show you your bill as soon as it comes out. Our aim is to help you save time and give you convenience.
Can I transfer funds to my Roshan Digital Account?
Yes, very soon you will be able to transfer your funds to Roshan Digital Accounts for free.
My bill hasn't been paid. What should I do?
If your initial transaction is unsuccessful, we recommend you try again after sometime. It may happen that one of our partners may have a problem with their connectivity because of which payments may be affected.

If you still cannot make a payment after repeated attempts, please reach out to us via our chat function, or via social media or email us a help@bayfikr.net. We will strive to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
What is your fee?
Bayfikr is completely transparent in its pricing. We want to give our users the best possible price and charge a flat 1.5% of the bill amount for bill payments. For bank/mobile wallet transfers, any transactions equal to or over USD 100 are free.
Will I get a confirmation of payment?
Yes. After a payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation of payment.

You can also find a record of your past transactions by clicking on ‘Transactions’ in the lower left side of the app home screen.
